The CRVN collects information through its web site when users complete request forms. We collect the following information about visitors: Name, Address, Province, Postal Code, Telephone Number, Fax Number, Email and information pertaining to their role as a caregiver.
We collect this information through registration and sign-in forms. The information is collected voluntarily.

Part II. Information Usage
The information collected by the CRVN will be used for contacting interested parties, potential clients or volunteers. Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about news and developments at the CRVN. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Information gathered will not be provided to third parties.
